2017/2018 CONTEST
Terms & Conditions:
1) The Yuen Chun Contest (The Contest) is open to all Malaysian citizens
residing in Malaysia aged 18 years and above, except employees of Yuen Chun
Industries (The Organizer) and their immediate family members and
representatives and agents including advertising, promotions and event agents
engaged by the Organizer and their immediate family members. By participating,
you ("Participant") are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound
by the Terms and Conditions of The Contest.
源珍比赛（比赛）是开放给所有居住于马来西亚年满18岁或以上的马来西亚公民，除了：
* 主办单位职员(包括往来公司与相关公司)以及其直系家属(孩子、双亲、兄弟姐妹、包括配偶及其近亲)；及／或
* 主办单位(包括往来公司与相关公司)的代表、佣人及／或广告代理及／或促销服务人员，以及其直系家属(孩子、双亲、兄弟姐妹、包括配偶及其近亲)。
参与的同时也表示您（参赛者）已读过也同意所有条款。
2) The Contest period is from 1st November 2017 at 00:00 am and ends on 28th
February 2018 at 11:59 pm. All entries received outside the Contest period will
be automatically disqualified.
比赛的时期是11月1日2017年凌晨00：00分开始，并结束于2月28日2018年晚上11：59分。所有参赛表个于比赛指定期间外提交的一律作废。
3) Submission of entry for this Contest must be done via online only. Entries
that are incorrect and incomplete will be immediately disqualified without any
notification.
参赛表格提交方式为网上提交。凡是提交上的表格有资料填写遗漏或错误的将会被作废，主办单位也不会另行通知。
4) How to participate:-
a) Purchase any participating Yuen Chun product/s from any outlet with receipts
provided.
b) Look for the unique code on the last page of the Contest sticker.
c) Log-on to contest.yuenchun.com and submit required particulars, unique code
and receipt number in the Contest form.
d) Submit the Contest form via online.
如何参加：-
a) 购买任何源珍的产品，并保留收据
b) 在比赛贴纸里的最后一页寻找一组特别代码
c) 登陆contest.yuenchun.com 填写个人资料、特别代码和收据编号。
d) 上网提交表格
5) Winners have to retain and provide the following in order to be eligible to
claim the winning prize:-
a) Original receipt
b) Product with the Contest sticker attached
Failing to provide the above 2 proof of purchase during redemption, The
Organizer reserves the right and discretion to reject or disqualify the winner
from claiming the prize.
得奖者必需保留并提供一下的资料来索取所得的奖品:-
a) 原有收据
b) 产品及比赛贴纸
如果得奖者提供不到以上所提及的资料，主办单位有权拒绝或取消该得奖者索取奖品的资格。
6) The Organizer reserves the right and discretion to reject or disqualify any
entry/ies without the unique code, proper proof of purchase, inaccurate
particulars or without giving any reason whatsoever to any Participants or any
other party.
主办单位有权在没有另行通知的情况下拒绝或取消凡是没有提供特别代码、购买产品证明、不准确的参赛资料或其它因素的参赛者。
7) The Organizer reserves the right and discretion to withdraw the prize in the
event the winner is found to have breached the Contest's rules and regulations.
There shall be no additional draw to replace the defaulted winner.
如果得奖者在任何情况下没有遵守参赛规则，主办单位有权收回奖品。主办单位不会进行额外抽奖来替代违规者。
8) All pictures of the prizes shown in the promotional materials for this
contest (i.e. contest sticker, website or other printed or electronic media) are
for illustration purpose only and the actual appearance of the prizes might
vary. The Organizer also reserves the right and discretion to replace the prizes
with items of similar value without prior notice to the Participants. Prizes are
neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, vouchers or other products.
所有用于宣传材料里的奖品照片只供参考，实际奖品的外形也可能会有所差距。主办单位也有权在没有另行通知的情况下将奖品更换成另一个相等价值的奖品。奖品也不能被转让给其他人或更换成现金。
9) All entries and the contents thereof shall become the property of the
Organizer to use as it pleases without notification nor compensation to the
participant/s.
所有参赛者资料将属主办单位持有，主办单位有权使用参赛者资料并不会给予赔偿。
10) The Organizer's decisions are final and no correspondence will be
entertained.
主办单位保有决定权，所做出的决定将是最后的决定，不会回应任何的疑问。
11) Winners shall be notified via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail or any other
means of communication deemed fit by the Organizer. Winners must respond by
12:00 pm Friday 23rd March 2018 (by any means of contact listed above) to
acknowledge their winning entry to be entitled to redeem the prizes. The
Organizer shall not be held responsible in the event that the winner(s) cannot
be contacted for whatever reasons.
主办单位将通过电话、短讯、WhatsApp、电邮或任何合适的方式来联络得奖者。得奖者必须于3月23日2018年星期五12点正前回复得奖信息以便能够领取奖品。如果得奖者所提供的联络方式都联系不上，主办单位将不负责。
12) Participants may logon to our website www.yuenchun.com or
www.facebook.com/YuenChun1910/
from 12:00 pm Friday 9th March 2018 for the list of the Contest winners.
得奖者名单将在3月9日2018年星期五12点正于源珍的网站和面子书上公布。参赛者能够到www.yuenchun.com 或者www.facebook.com/YuenChun1910/
查询得奖名单。
13) All prizes must be claimed from Yuen Chun Industries Sdn Bhd's Headquarters
by 6:00 pm on Friday 6th April 2018 and no claims shall be entertained
thereafter. Our address is as follows:

Lumpur.

14) The Organizer reserves the right to publish and/or display the names and/or
photographs of winners/participants without compensation to the
winners/participants for advertising and publicity purposes.
主办单位有权使用参赛者之姓名、照片、身份证号码以及住址作为广告、商业及宣传之用；同时参赛者不得对有关资料索求拥有权或其他形式的赔偿。
15) The Organizer reserves the right and discretion to change, amend, delete or
add on to these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and at
its sole discretion.
主办单位有权在不另行通知的情况下，改正、修改、取消或者增加任何条例与规则。
16) In the unlikely event of any discrepancy between the terms and conditions of
the Contest in the Chinese and English versions, the English version will
prevail.
此比赛条例与规则备有华文及英文版本。如条规文字有不一致之处，则以英文为准。
